Sheelagh Daly

Sheelagh joined Wicklow County Enterprise Board in 2005. Sheelagh has a strong business background as well as extensive experience in local development.  Born in Nairobi, Kenya of Irish parents, Sheelagh spent a number of years working abroad in Hotel Management, before retuning to Ireland to run her family business. Diversifying from the private sector into the field of local development, education and training, Sheelagh has a particular focus on strategic planning and business growth. As CEO of Wicklow County Enterprise Board, Sheelagh has overall responsibility for leading the organisation towards the achievement of its strategic objectives and mission.

Louise Fleming

Louise has been with Wicklow County Enterprise Board since 2004. Having grown up in the Bray area, Louise brings with her a keen understanding of the local economic and social context in which Wicklow County Enterprise Board operates. Coming from the private sector where she worked extensively with small businesses both in training and business development, Louise is responsible for providing business advice and organising supports for established businesses of more than 2 years of age, as well as being the main point of contact for NEW, the Network of Entrepreneurial Women.

Catherine Howard

Catherine joined Wicklow County Enterprise Board in 2006. No stranger to Wicklow, Catherine came from the private sector where she was marketing manager for a high growth furniture manufacturing business. Catherine is responsible for providing business advice and organising supports for new business start ups and businesses under 2 years of age, as well as using her strong marketing background to promote enterprise in the County. Catherine is also the main point of contact for the Enterprise Education supports for schools in County Wicklow.

Carol O Brien

Carol has been with Wicklow County Enterprise Board since 1999. A native of Wicklow town, Carol is an invaluable asset to the Board with her considerable local knowledge and understanding of local issues. With a background in book-keeping, Carol’s primary area of responsibility is accounts and record keeping, Carol deals with all grant drawdowns, in addition to which she provides support to CEB clients and manages sections of our website.

Tamara Mulhall

Tamara joined Wicklow County Enterprise Board in 2007. Originally from Gorey, Co. Wexford, Tamara is very experienced in delivering the highest standards of customer care having worked in both the Health & Beauty and Hospitality industries. Tamara is the first point of contact for Enterprise Board clients and a great source of information on all of the services available through Wicklow County Enterprise Board.
